5 out of 5 stars Almost as good as Crysis   December 3, 2008

The parralell story runs perfectly with Crysis. Game play is superb. Graphics are breathtaking, and I can only play it on low settings. This is a must buy for any 1st person shooter fan. Fantasticly fun gameplay!

1 out of 5 stars Amazon has done me a favour.   November 22, 2008

I always check the reviews on Amazon before considering buying a game. In this case it's done me a favour. I liked the first Crysis game and I'd probably like this one. But there's plenty of other games to keep me going and I won't buy this unless I have an unlikely change of heart :such as a re-release without DRM.

    1 out of 5 stars What a Let-down. :-(   November 15, 2008

Sorry, but this is another "I'm not going to buy this due to the OTT DRM measures that have ben taken by EA Games" comment.

I can understand that games must cost a fortune to develope and that piracy will naturally have an impact on a product's profit return. However, these heavy-handed DRM measures that are being adopted by EA Games are costing sales. Quite simply I have no inclination to purchase or obtain a pirated game. Likewise I'm also not so desperate to play Crysis Warhead that I am prepared to install, what is to me, little more than a legalised virus under the guise of DRM.

Sorry EA, but you need to rethink your strategy. Quite simply you are at present alienating law-abiding people who simply want to play video games.

If my hard drive fails, if I need to re-install Windows, if I upgrade my PC or if I buy a new PC I DO NOT want to worry that I'll no longer be able to re-install a game that I have already paid for. :-(

1 out of 5 stars I won't buy games with restrictive DRM   November 12, 2008

I bought Crysis and enjoyed it very much, but I have a policy to never
buy games which contain draconian DRM or which install illegal rootkit
software on my machine. So Crysis Warhead went from a "Must buy"
    to a "Cannot buy"

There is money here for the taking EA: all you have to do is drop
the draconian DRM. Are you going to do it?
