So so July 14, 2010 Sophinda This is not one of my most favourite Nancy Drew games but neither is it terrible. I loved the areas to explore in this game and I loved the mystery, it has a great deal to do with Shakespeare which I have a good knowledge of already so I felt pretty clever! However the fact that I loved these things about the game is easily cancelled out by the tedious and time wasting errands and chores you have to do. No one will give you any information unless you do something for them and I found myself driving all over the place running errand that had nothing to do with solving the mystery. Some places aren't even marked on the map so you waste petrol and money trying to find them and then have to run even more errands to earn more money. About the driving, would say using a mouse is much easier then arrow keys. However I really did enjoy exploring the locations and solving the puzzles which solve the mystery (when you are not driving about). Overall I would say it is definately worth playing this game as it is very clever but just bring alot of patience with you.
Nice and funny game March 1, 2010 OLD MOU (SPAIN) This is a nice and funny game. As most of the games of the series, it's well indicated for girls from 10 to 16 years. You can find amusing puzzles and logical problems. May be playing golf and getting a good card is a little bit difficult for younger players, who may need some help. It's the only game that place Nancy in the thirties, and so it has a very pleasant vintage atmosphere.
Secret of the Old Clock - Review of Game February 28, 2010 Mr. A. M. Duncan February 2010
I am about half way through this game and am finding it very difficult to complete.
I could go on at length but 2 things spring to mind.
1. I find the instructions for the puzzles very, very poor.
2. The four words needed to open the Carriage House ( Keen, Omar, Pony & Lois ) are totally illogical to link to this problem and I have only made progress by looking at a "Walkthrough"
I have also bought "Nancy Drew and the Haunted Carousel". If it is equally impossible I will NOT be buying any more Nancy Drew Adventures.

My first love September 20, 2009 Mrs. S. A. Rhodes (England) This game was my first introduction to Nancy Drew and is very special to me. The game is lovely. There's plenty of chores to do and the special effects with the clocks are amazing. Lots of dialogue and a great crazy golf game to play.
Great, the first time around! June 5, 2009 E. Gwynne (England) This is a great game but when you have played it once or twice already it gets a bit boring because you know whats going to happen. It is a mixture of the first four nancy drew books: The secret of the old clock, the hidden staircase, the bungalow mystery and the mystery at lilac inn. This is presumably so that people who have read the book will not know exactly what's going to happen.
