Wii fit plus September 1, 2010 Pauline Moynihan This was purchased for my daughter as a birthday present. She is very pleased with
the game and is getting much enjoyment from it plus becoming fitter at the same time.
Wii fit plus August 27, 2010 Carol Marian Hicks I am thrilled with my Wii fit plus, it really gives me the incentive to exercise, and I can see the results, my clothes are now much loser, and I feel so much better/ You do need to allocate a little time, but it is well worth it!
Wii Fit Plus with Balance Board (Wii) August 25, 2010 Bloss45 After a month of using the Wii Fit Plus with Balance Board I am delighted with its performance. It is addictive in a nice way. I am becoming more physically fit and mentally agile. All pensioners should have access to this item for the very entertaining gentle exercise.
Its fun!!! August 24, 2010 Philippa Leah I purchased the wii fit when it first came out (I think around april 08), I use it with my daughter (8 years) and it is fun, it has a slight compettive edge to it but for me nothing to take too serious. I found the yoga the best as pilates and yoga is something that I detest doing at the sports centre but doing it on the fit in little bite size sessions is much better. I'm really not sure who I personally would say this is aimed at. When I first got this I was doing alot of exercise at the gym and classes and there is no way that I would of got the same benefit from doing just the fit that I did from say a spinning or bodypump class. For me it is more for fun as I am used to hard classes, I think this is a good introduction for people who do not exercise regulary and who haven't the confindence to join classes. For about the first 5-6 months we were on it nearly everyday, that is not the case now. I am expecting baby 3 so I shall see how handy it is after baby arrives.
Getting Fit but the fun way August 23, 2010 Sooty If you're the sort of person who would like to be fitter but get bored exercising or perhaps generally have a lack motivation (or both like myself!) this is the way forwards. It's a huge amount of fun, is brilliant for playing with friends or family as it has a switch mode so you can record your time spent and calories burned for yourself, whilst taking it in turns to play, laugh and point at each other.
It's also fantastic for exercising on your own with either yoga, muscle tone, aerobics and so on there's no shortage of choice. You can also jog or do step exercise whilst watching the telly and the remote tells you when you've reached your goal.
The board is easy to store under the tv cabinet if you have free standing on legs, and the graphics are great.
I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a laugh, wants to lose weight or tone up, or all of the above. Is brilliant, and have been using it since I bought it (unlike the other keep fit dvds and exercise paraphernalia which is gathering dust).
