The picture is better and the sound is clearer then the DSlite.
The only thing I felt was better with the DSlite was that the DSlite was lighter in weight and I found it easier to hold, I could play games for longer with the DSlite, but I'm sure I'll get used to the slightly heavier weight quickly.
All in all a better console.
I can't remark on the extras like the camera etc as I haven't tried them out yet.

I bought this for my 11 year old son. He was delighted with it and is was his favourite Christmas present especially the camera function. Money well spent.

this is better than the ds the screen is bigger and the sound is slightly more souround, the price was good at the time as well so overall a very nice item for children and adults.

Father Christmas bought this for my 8 year old son. It is fantastic. A great improvement on the DS lite. Definately worth the upgrade.
