This is an official microsoft xbox 360 Remote, what more can you ask for at a bargain price.
I wasn't sure at first about ordering but item arrived sealed and brand new so am very happy with purchase.
Fast delivery as well was impressed!! Comes with 2 AA Duracell Batteries inside packaging.
And if you lucky to have your xbox360 linked up to you pc with media player extender then you need this remote what a dream to use!

Works perfectly and it's great to have a remote for the Xbox as the control-pad is annoying when you want to pause, stop or fast forward something you're watching or listening to. It's well worth the price and even better that you can also use it for your television. I'm able to turn off my Xbox and then change over to the television and flick through the channels all with the same remote.

This XBOX Media Remote is an essential accessory if you want to use your XBOX with Windows Media Centre (which when combined with Windows 7 is excellent and supports HD too). This remote control is well laid-out, with buttons which light up nicely at night. It's also built to the usual excellent Microsoft hardware standard.

I brought this to make using Windows media center on my Xbox360 that little bit easier, I recommend this remote to anyone who wants to use MCE on the Xbox360 - you can even turn the xbox on and off from it!!
The only down side is that is uses infrared (unlike the controller) and you have to point the remote directly at the xbox as the range is not that great.

i have just bought this from game, i thought to make it work line of sight is necessary as my xbox elite lies behind my samsung tv to my surprise all i had to do is point to tv and it works ok without any problems.. i am very happy as moving xbox to the front was not required... i had absolutely no problem tuning it with tv and backlit keys look so cool... a must buy if you stream movies from ur pc or use your xbox360 primarily for streaming content.
